Yoga classes on stand-up paddle boards at area lakes & pools hosted by Yoga7even! Starting with a brief introduction to paddling, the group will then get on the water to find a spot to anchor for a one hour Yoga session. Don't worry, you will have the energy to paddle back to the dock!
There is no better way to find balance in your life than by practicing Yoga on the water. Our SUP Yoga Class is designed for all levels, beginners are welcome. It does require balance and control over the board, if you have never been on a SUP before, you should take our Intro to SUP or request a SUP Float lesson with Michele before trying SUP Yoga.
